Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to the FAQ page! Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned rafter, we’ve gathered the most common questions to help you prepare for your whitewater adventure.

Do I need prior experience to go whitewater rafting?

No experience? No problem! Our trips are beginner-friendly and guided by trained professionals. We’ll go over all safety procedures before hitting the river.

What should I leave behind?

Leave valuables, electronics, and anything that can’t get wet at home or in your car. We have secure storage for car keys during the trip.

Can I go if I don’t know how to swim?

Yes! You’ll wear a life jacket, and your guide will keep a close eye on you. However, we do recommend that participants be comfortable in water.

What's your cancellation policy?

● 48+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule.

● Less than 48 hours: No refunds.

● If you purchased our trip protection then you may cancel or reschedule at any time!

Is there an age and weight limit?

Conditions change, so this will always depend on the water levels at the time.

Do you offer group rates or private trips?

Absolutely! We offer group discounts and can arrange private trips for corporate outings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, school groups, and more. Contact us directly for a custom quote!

What should I bring?

● Required: Swimsuit or quick-drying clothes, secure footwear (no flip-flops), sunscreen.

● Recommended: Water bottle, change of clothes, towel, waterproof camera (if desired).

● We provide life jackets and paddles.

What if it rains or storms?

Trips go rain or shine—rafting is a wet adventure anyway! However, if there’s lightning or dangerous conditions, we may delay or reschedule the trip for safety reasons.
